The worst bus travel ever. The bus was 3 hours late and there was not even one notification from bus staff and they were not even responding to any calls. Also, the staff asked me to clear the seat 30 minutes before the drop-off location so that they can clean. Pathetic staff behaviour.

They did not come to the correct address. They mentioned Gandhipuram bus stand but called me and said to come to Omni bus stop. Why did I book Gandhipuram but had to come to Omni bus stop? It was my XXXX extra waste. The charging point was not working and it was not a comfortable drive. This bus was not for couples.

My sleeper seat was completely wet, and I was unable to sleep throughout the entire journey. The experience was extremely uncomfortable and caused significant inconvenience. I request a full refund due to the poor condition of the seat and the discomfort I experienced during the journey. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
