Buses are not in good condition. If buses are not in good condition, why are you running such buses and playing with passengers. Irresponsible travel owners.

The bus conductor and the bus driver provided me with the address. I was standing at that address for a long time. I was standing at the same place with my child and I tried to contact them many times. They did not provide me the correct location of the bus and I did not board the bus. Because of them, our entire trip was wasted. Avoid this bus. The conductor and driver of this bus have absolutely the worst behaviour.

The bus hygiene and punctuality are excellent. However, the staff frequently requests passengers to bring large luggage inside the bus instead of using the cargo hold. This creates crowded aisles and compromises passenger comfort. I kindly request management to ensure the staff properly utilizes the luggage compartment for a smoother travel experience.

I booked a ticket to start at 7:15 pm but the driver started the bus earlier and pressured me to come at 7 pm, which is 15 minutes earlier than I booked. Even though he intimated to come at 7 pm at 6 pm, I was unable to make it on time. When I approached at 7:06 pm, the bus left after pickup at 7:06 itself. He has to wait. I am not satisfied with the behaviour of the driver. Please intimate the driver not to start early. Thank you.
