Driver shut down AC while he was having lunch for 30 minutes at midnight. Took too much time compared to others.

The bus did not use the highway and used a single road. Disturbance was created and the bus went up and down during the journey.

Very late. Bus stops every 10 minutes. Four members enter in place of two. So much crowd. Hygiene level is very bad.

Im first and last journey this bus, in my experience whole journey life very horrible experience last night this bus not for online journey no blankets, no water, no space footstep for going outside because gallery area full of passengers totally unsafe journey.

*2 hours late started bus.In boarding point, there is no waiting point. *Extra passenger loaded in bus.Staff behaviour with these extra passanger was not good. *There is no live tracking available. *AC cooling was not good.
