No good communication and they provide fake details. Bus starts from Allahabad and they show from Varanasi. Also, bus is delayed and not on time.

Extremely disappointing experience. I booked a bus from Varanasi to Indore, but just one day before the journey I received a call saying the bus would actually depart from Prayagraj, causing unnecessary inconvenience. I was promised a refund for the difference for non-AC bus, but throughout the journey I had to repeatedly follow up for it. The refund was finally processed at 2:00 AM, which was highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, the bus reached Indore 4 hours late. The bus was poorly maintained, the seats and interiors were dirty, the rest stop was unhygienic with very poor facilities, and even the cabin lights were not working properly. Overall, it was one of the worst travel experiences I've had. Poor service, poor communication, and no concern for passenger comfort. I would not recommend this operator.

Please remove this bus from your platform as they are giving fake information. This bus dropped me at Katni station, 200 km from my actual destination Shahdol. AC not working. Charging point not working. Water bottle not given. I am really disappointed with this service.
