Bus did not reach Raipur. No system or hotel in the morning to use toilet / washroom on the way. Comfort level of the bus is not yet basic standard.

All charging points not working, seat also not comfortable, too many stops, bus is 2 hours delayed. In time schedule showing 9 am reaching time but we reached 11 am at Mirzapur, and from Mirzapur to Varanasi all passengers shifted into a UP.gov bus.

One of the pathetic experiences I have ever faced during this journey. Very late and non-professional behaviour of staff including bus driver and conductor. Also, passengers were smoking in the bus.

No bedsheet, used smelly and dirty pillow and blanket. Very delayed, almost 4 hours. Don't recommend to anyone, travel at your own risk.

I booked a ticket from Bilaspur to Varanasi expecting a direct journey as advertised. However, at Mirzapur, I was asked to leave the bus and continue my journey in another bus without any prior notice. If changing buses at Mirzapur is part of your service, it should be clearly mentioned during the booking process. Passengers should not discover this only during the journey. I request an explanation for this inconvenience and ask that you update your booking information to avoid misleading future passengers.
