Pickup point was Kengeri but they denied to pick up from Kengeri. He picked us from Pattanagere Metro Station. To Red Bus: please correct the boarding point.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Maa Travels through. We booked four tickets from Bangalore to Mantralayam. The scheduled boarding time was 9:30 PM on October 14, 2026, but the bus arrived only at 11:45 PM, causing a delay of 2 hours and 15 minutes. The scheduled arrival time was 5:30 AM on October 15, 2026, but we were still approximately 90 km away from our destination even after the scheduled arrival time. This delay caused significant inconvenience to all four passengers and disrupted our travel plans. We booked through trusting the timings provided on the platform, but the actual service was extremely disappointing. I request to investigate this incident, take appropriate action regarding the operator, and provide reasonable compensation or a partial refund for all four passengers. Please take this feedback seriously and improve the reliability of the bus services offered through your platform.

The maintenance service is extremely poor. The screens have not been cleaned, and the bed and bedsheets are very dirty and have a terrible smell. The overall maintenance is completely unacceptable. Please take immediate corrective action and ensure proper cleaning and hygiene.

The charging sockets are not working. The curtain stickers are also missing, and the curtain cloth keeps falling onto the face, which is uncomfortable. Please look into these issues and fix them.
