Very very bad bus and service, don't provide any breakfast only one water bottle. So don't book this bus. Chose Amader service.

Unacceptable experience on my Puri to Kolkata trip. The bus staff constantly misled us, refused to give clear information, and made us run around endlessly. Traveling with my elderly mother made this unorganized and rude behavior even more distressing. Highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable service.
