Hello Worst bus service ever. The bus arrived 3 hours late, and the service was absolutely pathetic even after that. Extremely poor management, zero punctuality, and no respect for passengers' time or money. Totally disappointing and unacceptable experience. Never travelling with this bus service again.

Sleeper was not comfortable someone was smoking inside the bus. Toilet was not clean water bottle was first not provided and when asked they gave bottle which was not cooled.
