I had a very disappointing experience travelling. When I booked my ticket, it clearly showed a two-seater berth. However, after boarding the bus, I found that the left-side berth was actually designed for only one person. Despite this, the travel agency had allocated it to two passengers and even placed a sticker indicating it was a two-person seat. The space was extremely congested and uncomfortable. It was impossible for two adults to travel comfortably in such a small berth. This felt misleading, as the seat provided did not match what was advertised during booking. In addition to the seating issue, the staff's behavior was very poor and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the concern, they were rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this travel service unless they improved their seat allocation system, stopped misleading customers, and provided better customer service.

Very bad service and a very disappointing experience. The scheduled bus departure time was 11:57 PM, but the bus actually departed at around 12:45 AM. There was no proper adherence to the scheduled departure time. The bus had very limited leg space, and the sleeper berth was too small and uncomfortable for two people. The pillow and bedsheet were not clean, which was another major concern. The actual bus condition was completely different from the images shown during booking. The bus provided was old and poorly maintained. The sleeper berth could not comfortably accommodate two people, and the AC vent and pipe were broken with no proper control. I strongly recommended not travelling with your family on this bus. Some passengers were drunk, and their behavior was very unpleasant and disturbing. We complained to the bus staff, but unfortunately, they did not take any proper action or address the issue. I requested other customers to check the reviews and ratings carefully before booking this bus. Very, very bad service. Highly disappointed with the overall experience.

1. My bus was scheduled at 11.40 PM but started at 12.30. 2. Co passengers are smoking and drinking inside the bus. We feel very unsafe.
