Fully unhygienic and discomfort seats. No charging plug. Damaged bus. Bad smell like old unwashed socks everywhere and dirty seats.

The bus was running five hours late, the staff stopping the vehicle on desolate roads to switch buses, the crew consuming alcohol and verbally abusing passengers, and the bus running out of fuel mid-journey.

I had a very bad experience. The bus was extremely late and the staff's behaviour was very rude. I will never travel with your service again and will not recommend you to anyone.

This is the worst bus service from Indore to Mungaoli, they are not punctual about time and the bus is not comfortable to sit, they don't care about customer's problem. Also they let a drunkard ride on the bus, he made the journey difficult for everyone.
