As mentioned in the WhatsApp message I arrived 15 mins early and bus arrived 20 mins late. The promised drop timing was 6am and drop point was “Kaiveli” signal but bus came at 7:45 am to Velachery and driver said they won’t drop me at Kaiveli and I got down at Velachery. The restroom inside the bus was not working and the driver was not stopping for the restroom when requested. During the food stop they asked us to wait so that they could go and fill the diesel for the bus.

Bus boarding point and dropping points are changed by the operator. No proper response from the driver. Total inconvenience and I had to spend so much for cabs due to this change by the bus operator.

Worst travel experience! I had a very bad experience with this bus service. The scheduled arrival time at my drop-off location was 4:45 AM, but the bus arrived only at 8:00 AM, causing a delay of more than 3 hours. The bus was unnecessarily stopped at several places along the way, and the driver drove very slowly. If there are any issues with the bus or delays, passengers should be informed in advance. Passengers plan their schedules based on the promised arrival time, and such unexpected delays cause a lot of inconvenience. Very poor time management, lack of communication, and an extremely disappointing travel experience. I would not recommend this bus service.

Prefer some better restroom stop and I saw one of the passengers smoking inside the bus. I informed the driver as well but he didn't do anything.

Due to a bus breakdown during the journey, passengers were asked to disembark midway instead of being dropped at the booked destination. As a result, my travel was delayed by more than two hours and I have still not reached my destination. The bus staff attempted to normalize the situation by stating that such issues do not occur frequently. However, this does not justify the inconvenience caused to passengers. Proper alternate arrangements should have been made to ensure passengers reached their destination safely and on time. Short version: The bus developed a technical issue during the journey, and passengers were asked to get down before reaching the destination. This has resulted in a delay of over two hours. The staff tried to downplay the issue by saying it does not happen often, but the inconvenience caused was significant. I am dissatisfied with the handling of the situation and the lack of proper alternate travel arrangements.
