We had a great journey to Udaipur with M.R. Travels. The driver was professional, and the staff were polite and helpful. They took good care of every passenger, and we didn’t face any issues throughout the journey. The seats were comfortable and well-maintained, with nothing broken. Overall, it was a smooth, safe, and pleasant travel experience.

There was no bus for timing 10.30. It was a merged bus for the timing of 10.30 and 11.00. Poor timing and no responsibility of the staff. There is no value for timing of others.

Bus was 2 hrs late. No rest place and travel coordinator at ISBT of travels. No blanket and cleanliness in bus. Extra passengers and luggage. Coordinator did not properly pick up the phone.
