The bus was not as per the images shown while booking. The seats were very dirty and there was no cleanliness at all. The bus was late by 1.5 hours compared to the given time at the destination.

Very bad experience and more than 2.5 hours late reached. I will never suggest to friends and family to buy tickets from this platform because there are no facilities in the bus. No light in cabin, no fan in cabin. Staff are very rude. Never buy tickets and I will suggest to remove this kind of bus service from your platform. I will give minus 10 rating.
