It was a terrible experience overall. A different bus came to pick up, and it was 3 hrs late. By the time I reached my destination, it was 9 hrs late. Time mentioned to reach destination (Gorakhpur) was approximately 3 pm, but reached at 11:30 pm at night.

Bus is not on time, we reached late at our destination due to late departure. We expected 7:30 am but reached Mumbai by 11 am. Very bad service.

Bus is too much late more than 7 hours and also inside the bus pillow is not available. Blanket is too dirty. Cockroach and mosquito surrounding the bus.

Extremely disappointing and pathetic service. The bus is still on the way to Indore, with around 250 km still left to cover. Despite charging such high fares, the service and punctuality are unacceptable. At the time of writing this review, the bus is expected to take another 5 hours to reach Indore. Passengers pay premium fares expecting a reliable and timely journey, not such excessive delays. Services with such poor punctuality and management should be penalized and held accountable. A very frustrating travel experience.

The bus did not reach the dropping point on time. It was 11:00 AM but the bus reached Jalna location and as per the schedule it was supposed to arrive at 08:45 AM. Time was very important for any person. A person could book a bus ticket only when he was clear about the pickup time and dropping time. But this was a fake time update in the application.

The bus didn't arrive on time and was not dropped on time, delayed by nearly three hours. The dropping point was away from the main road, and there were many maintenance issues like tyre puncture and finishing of DEF urea during the journey. Worst journey ever.
