Maintenance is too low. Rainy water leakage inside bus. No comfort to sleep.

we book seat according to the passenger's comfort . Here the bus was changed in the midway , no proper reason was given, passenger was given the last seat without consulting their preferences. If there is a problem with yhe bus they should not have taken the bus on that day to being with. Very poor experience. I couldn't even track the bus.

Driver kept the volume of the song high at midnight 2 am. I was traveling with my kids, so I asked to reduce it. He said he wanted to wake the passengers for a restroom break, so we should adjust. In a rude way, he was fighting with other passengers too.

This is an old bus, not hygienic, not comfortable and especially the AC is not working. Worst experience.

AC was not at all working. Could not open windows as well. It was too suffocating.

Ac was not working completely. Because of non-functioning of ac, sleep was disturbed. Cleanliness is not up to the mark. Time keeping was great.

Very worst experience, we have booked AC bus. But they provided Non AC bus, and bus is not good.
