Though driver was alone he was very cooperative and professional, but the bus was in very bad condition with urine smell, rat dead smell, and some other kind of smell. Bed spread was so very bad, and it was not washed for ages. We fell ill in the morning due to the bad smell and uncomfortableness with no sleep, and my mom was hospitalized at Sringeri multi-speciality.

The curtain was not at all there in the seat. It was tied through some rope and got cut when I boarded. The driver did not correct that and ignored it.
