45 mins late pickup. There was no blanket. Bedsheets were not clean. Windows were not closing properly and it felt very chilly throughout the journey. I selected drop off as Kote Circle, but they gave stop at Chikmagalur bus stand. Very bad professional behaviour.

An utter disappointment and full of regrets. The seat numbers were completely invisible, so I had to ask the driver just to find my seat. Cleanliness was non-existent. The beds were smelly with no bedsheets, the pillows were awful, and everything was covered in cigarette ash and smoke. This was easily the worst experience ever. I will never use this platform to book a bus again.
