While getting down and taking out our luggage, we just saw some water leaking from somewhere. When enquired, it was reported that the water was from the toilet. So disgusting.

Some noise I found in the bus inside. It may be due to the model, but inside the Volvo bus sound is much lower.

One of the best bus journeys from Siliguri to Shillong! Compared to all the buses I’ve travelled with so far, this one is the best in terms of comfort and service. The dinner halt at Indo Bhutan Restaurant is also a must-have experience! Overall, an excellent journey. Highly recommended!

The overall experience was great so to say but I noticed that the bus was lowkey not clean and it's not even their fault, it's us (the passengers) who have to take care of it if we want proper cleanliness. But yeah, it was a nice experience.
