I got into bus around 9:55, 1h delay. However, he needed to cover that delay on highways; this did not happen, and similarly, I got delayed in deposit at destination. I hope this can be taken care of in the future.

bus is okay I am solo women travelled still felt safe staff behaved well ,but only thing I think they didn't stop for rest in the middle .like for using rest room atleast for once.and rest of the was okay
