Subject: Serious complaint – bus not arranged at midnight, severe inconvenience and compensation request dear team, I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my booking with this travels on 14/08/2026 at 11:20 pm, from Hyderabad to Sathupally. i paid ₹xxxx for this ticket. I reached the boarding point and waited from around 11:00 pm until 12:45 am, expecting the bus/service to operate. however, the bus was not properly arranged and the driver/service team did not cooperate or provide any proper alternative arrangement. this was an extremely difficult situation because it happened late at night, around midnight. I was left waiting on the road for a long time without proper support or information. I had to face mental stress, frustration, insecurity, inconvenience and significant hardship during the night. after paying such a high ticket amount, i expected the bus operator to provide a reliable service and immediate assistance. the team failed to make an alternative travel arrangement despite knowing that the passenger was stranded at night. this caused unnecessary mental agony and serious inconvenience. i therefore request you to: 1. refund the full ticket amount of ₹xxxx. 2. provide additional compensation for the mental stress, hardship, inconvenience and difficulties faced during the midnight hours. 3. investigate the conduct of the driver and bus operator. 4. explain why an alternative bus was not arranged immediately. 5. take strict action against the responsible operator/team. 6. ensure that passengers are not left stranded at night after paying the full ticket amount. i request to treat this complaint as urgent and serious and provide a satisfactory resolution and compensation at the earliest. booking details: journey: Hyderabad → Sathupally journey date: xx/xx/xxxx scheduled time: 11:20 pm operator ticket amount: ₹xxxx, seat: xx i expect to take responsibility for this failure and provide appropriate compensation for the hardship and mental stress caused to me.

driving will be harshed in due to the sudden breaks it lead's to the problem to the candidates

I reserved my seat next to a ladies' seat for safety and comfort. However, after boarding the bus, a male passenger was seated in the ladies' reserved seat next to me. I informed the driver about this issue, but no action was taken and the seat was not changed. This is unacceptable and affects the comfort and safety of female passengers. Allowing male passengers to occupy seats reserved for ladies is wrong and reflects poor service. Please take appropriate action to prevent this from happening again.

While booking it was showing wrong gender to drivers and showing for booking is wrong gender

The bus did not reach the destination

we did not the destination till right know..this experience i never had... don't chose this bus again

Bus two tires blasted in the middle of the highway. We all were waiting with children.

still bus not arrived drop off point damaged bus tyers 4 times bus was troubled but still not got drop point we are waiting before khammam main highway actual time sathupally 5:00am but still we not reach khammam
