Overall very bad experience. It was rainy and I was in traffic about 500m from the bus boarding point. I called the driver and the staff said no waiting and told me to cancel and go. I asked the staff to wait nearby for 2 minutes, but the staff cut the call. Somehow, I got to the boarding point only to find the bus had not arrived yet. The staff was yelling at me, and when I reached the bus door, the staff did not open it even after seeing me. Then the staff called someone and avoided me, keeping me standing in the rain. The driver was very bad and the seat was full of bed bugs and not cleaned properly. It was the worst experience. The rest stop was very bad as they said the toilet was for gents, but when we went and came back, someone said it was the ladies' toilet. The staff did not know anything and just stopped somewhere with a bathroom without checking for ladies or gents. I would not recommend anyone to travel on this bus. I had no choice and chose this without knowing it would become a huge disaster for me. The charging point was also not working. Do not book this bus.

3 hours of delay, bus changes without any reason, 1 hour of standing waste of money.

It was incredible bad. It took almost 14 hour to complete them the journey. it was supposed to drop us by 6am but driver took till 1 pm to drop us off. Bad staff. I would recommend paying a little extra but don't choose low rating buses. People are not wrong when they rate. Our first day of trip is almost gone and a complete wastage.

The bus was stopped by RTO since it did not have state permits. For more than 1.5 hours the bus was stopped and under RTO control. Also, due to the bus condition and tire problem, there was another 1 hour delay.
