Bus delayed for 2 hours. Reached destination 3.30 hrs delayed. Inside the bus bad smell.

In between the trip they shuffled the bus and they did not tell about the shuffle. I got stuck in the old bus and after a long time they said that the bus was shuffled. I got lost and they stopped me somewhere. It was such a worst bus experience for me. I will not recommend Lovely Travels hereafter and I will not even give 1 star to them.

Very worst travels lovely travels. Bus very bad. Live tracking not working.

Due to polite behaviour of the driver I gave 3 star. Otherwise single star only. Bus was very old. Interior AC ducts are broken. Blankets are smelly.

Boarding time 50 mins late and tracking not available. Nobody informed bus will be late. Worst experience in Lovely Travels. Last bed U15 can't stop AC.

Bus was delayed by 1 hour at boarding point. No live tracking. Standing at mosquito-prone place for bus is horrible. Please look into it.
