The seat provided is in very poor and unhygienic condition. It is dirty, and when I asked the staff to clean it, he simply said, "Where is the dirt?" even though there was clearly dirt on the seat. He also mentioned that the previous passenger had left it like that, which is not an acceptable excuse. This clearly indicates that proper cleaning is not being done after every journey. No fresh bedsheet was provided, no pillow was provided, and even a water bottle was not provided. I request you to please look into this issue immediately and ensure proper cleanliness and basic amenities for passengers. This is not the level of service one expects after paying for a bus journey.

Terrible experience. Even after paying XXX rupees getting experience of local bus. No suspension absolute discomfort in the bus. It shakes so much that you can even fall into ceiling from upper cabin. Worst bus I ever seated.

Firstly, the driver did not receive calls and I informed his senior about this, but no action was taken. He said that it was a network issue, okay, I accepted it. There was a network issue for 30 minutes, but there was a person in the bus and even if I called, the call was not received. It was written that there would be bed sheet amenities, but there was no bed; it was just a mess of forms.

Bus was pathetic, very unhygienic, not at all clean. Inside it was damaged and too dirty, the seats, window curtains. Plus the ticket cost was XXXXX, so not at all worth it. Never ever travel in this.
