The staff of the bus is extremely rude. Their behavior towards the passenger is not acceptable. Despite saying that we had talked to the other helper and made our luggage at the front of the luggage section so that we could get down easily at an early stoppage without any hassle, they put the luggage at the extreme back. When we came to our stoppage, the bus helper was very, very rude as if it was our error. I am never going to book this bus again.

Before 125 km we were shifted to an ordinary non AC bus which took more than 4 hours to reach.

During my journey, the bus driver took the bypass instead of travelling through the main city, reportedly because buses were not permitted to enter the city. As a result, passengers were dropped at locations different from their designated drop-off points, without adequate prior notice or proper arrangements for reaching their actual destinations. As a female passenger, I consider this incident particularly serious because of the safety risks involved in being dropped at an unfamiliar location in the middle of the night. Being left at an unknown place at midnight, without prior information or reliable arrangements for onward travel, can expose women and other passengers to unnecessary risks, fear, and vulnerability. I would like to highlight the following concerns: 1. Compromised female passenger safety: Dropping a female passenger at an unknown location in the middle of the night can create a serious safety concern, particularly when the passenger was unfamiliar with the area and has no assured means of reaching her destination safely. 2. Failure to communicate route changes: If the bus operator knew that the bus could not enter the main city and would have to use the bypass, passengers should have been informed before the journey or sufficiently in advance to make alternative arrangements. 3. Failure to honor the designated drop-off point: Passengers book tickets based on the boarding and drop-off locations provided during booking. Dropping them elsewhere without adequate notice causes inconvenience and undermines their reasonable expectations of the service. 4. Lack of appropriate safety arrangements: If a change in route or drop-off location was unavoidable, the operator should clearly communicate the alternative location and ensure that passengers are not left stranded in isolated or unfamiliar places, particularly late at night. 5. Additional financial and practical hardship: Passengers may be forced to arrange alternative transportation at their own expense, often at an inconvenient hour when transport options are limited. 6. Responsibility of service provider and the bus operator: I booked this journey through service provider with the expectation of reliable service and transparent information. I request that service provider investigate the operator’s conduct and clarify what measures are in place to protect passengers when scheduled drop-off points cannot be served. I understand that traffic regulations or restrictions may sometimes require buses to use alternative routes. However, such restrictions cannot justify leaving passengers uninformed about a changed drop-off location or disregarding the safety implications of dropping them at an unfamiliar place at midnight. Proper communication and reasonable safety arrangements are essential. I therefore request service provider to: Investigate the incident and obtain an explanation from bus service. Clarify why passengers were not adequately informed about the changed route and drop-off location. Review the safety arrangements and procedures followed when passengers cannot be dropped at their designated stops, especially female passengers travelling at night. Provide an appropriate resolution or compensation for the inconvenience and additional expenses caused, where applicable. Ensure that clear prior communication and suitable alternative drop-off arrangements are implemented to prevent similar incidents in the future. I expect this complaint to be treated seriously, not merely as a matter of inconvenience but as a passenger safety concern involving a female traveler left at an unfamiliar location at midnight. 1st time very uncomfortable journey.

We were extremely late firstly. we are paying so much for semi sleeper seats all the seats were jammed couldn't adjust the position. bus amenities were pathetic. I will not recommend this to anyone known.

Very late. It's not even a Benz. It's a duplicate make. This was fraud.

Take too much time.
