The overall bus journey was quite disappointing. Some passengers were drinking and smoking inside the bus, which made the environment uncomfortable. The bus was already running late, and there seemed to be little regard for passengers’ time. Instead of following the main route, the bus took unnecessary diversions through local areas and cities, causing further delays. The presence of local passengers and the lack of proper route management made the journey even more frustrating. Overall, the service needs significant improvement, especially in terms of punctuality, route management, and maintaining a proper environment inside the bus

Well service and destination reached in correct time, but arrival time was 1 hr late. Seats are not cleaned. They should repair faulty seats and provide clean seats.

Bed bugs are there in every seat and not at all punctual. Worse experience. Never recommend this to anyone.
