Well service and destination reached in correct time, but arrival time was 1 hr late. Seats are not cleaned. They should repair faulty seats and provide clean seats.

lokenath travels is best first time I came in non AC my worst experience from Siliguri to Krishna Ganj everywhere stop bus is not clean and staff behaviour is not good request to lokenath travels please stop non AC your AC staff and bus is very nice

Worst than local bus... officially only 2 stops from Siliguri to Raiganj, but it stopped in more than 30 places. Very poor running service and just like carriage van.

My seat was F3. The pushback is not working. Someone on the bus mentioned that he travels on this bus frequently, and he knows that it has been out of order for a long time. That means the bus authorities do not want to provide proper service to the passengers.

Unclean seat and window curtain. Overall, dirty bus. Stops here and there and waits for passengers to come. Delay of 20 minutes.
