It was a bit hectic to find the bus, driver was also unreachable by call at that time. Staffs are actually good, but they're supposed to be good to guide the passengers to find out their proper route map. And there was no bio toilet on board as it was showing in the app. It is necessary for all the passengers.

Side support of the seat was broken. AC controller was not working. Curtains were dirty. Though staff behavior was good enough.

The bus was very well cleaned and very comfortable. Also, staff behaviour and follow-up call are very helpful. The seats are very comfortable and clean. No bad odour inside the bus. So completely satisfied.

Arrived 1 hr late. No prior information was provided. Driver or helper did not know the location of stops in West Bengal. Dropped us at a different stop than our designated stop. Extremely dirty bed sheet and quilt, full of hairs.
