It came to pick up 30 minutes late but it reached the destination around 4 hours later than the given time. Very worst experience. Don't book this bus when you are travelling for any emergency.

I booked my ticket with bus operator through the service provider. However, instead of an this bus operator bus, a another travels bus arrived. This change was never communicated to me in advance. Furthermore, the bus did not arrive as per the scheduled time, and I was not provided with any proper information, updates, or assistance by either service provider or the bus operator. This caused me significant inconvenience, wasted my time, and made my travel experience extremely stressful. This kind of unannounced operator change and lack of communication is unacceptable and feels misleading. I request service provider to investigate this matter, take appropriate action against the operator, and provide a full refund along with a proper explanation for this poor service.

Driver is kind and had a smooth travel. Driver tried to reach on time. No harsh driving, so we had a nice travel. Bus is very clean and neat compared to all other buses. Thank you.
