Upper berth both are women of age 61 years. No safety barricade or some sort of rod to prevent falling from the upper berth. As the driver turns, they were fearing falling down and couldn't sleep properly. Would advise to please look into this matter on an urgent basis.

Rest stop was not at all hygienic. Previously it was good and now it is the worst experience. All the three stops were not at all neat and clean. Kindly look into the issue. I was travelling along with my child and it was the worst experience. Drinking water was also not provided in the bus. Kindly look into it and sort out the issue so that the person who trusts and travels in your bus will not struggle again. As a woman traveller along with my baby girl, I struggled a lot. This is not at all acceptable.
