Came late to Kadambi bus stand 45 minutes late. Very slow driving. Petrol over in the bus wasted 1 hour. Reached Miyapur at 12.30 pm. Horrible experience. Definitely will not travel next time.

Bus breakdown in the middle. Driver and staff were totally unbothered about passengers' dropping point. Worst experience.

They initially provided a boarding point and location, so I booked the bus based on that. Later, they called me and asked me to come to a different location, which is very far from my destination. I asked why I should come there when I had booked the bus because of the original boarding point. He replied very rudely, saying, “If you want to travel, come there; otherwise, cancel the ticket.” I found his way of speaking very rude and unprofessional.
