Worst bus ever, takes so much time to arrive and then very slow driving. I waited 4 hours at the pickup point.

No proper timing was followed which has given such discomfort to all the passengers. No proper food at the halts, no punctuality at all which has impacted the whole plan for all the passengers. Further, the bus tyre condition was worst when it was supposed to be replaced and no help at all at that time. Worst experience ever.

They did not even wait for 2 mins. Just 2 mins delayed, they went without us.

There's no flush in the in-bus toilet. It did not work. It needs work.

Very rude staff. At one point, felt the driver was intoxicated a bit. Got the smell. Opinion of fellow passengers too. Asks to get down before the actual drop. Every good point doesn’t even allow passengers to complete their food and asks to leave the moment the driver and conductors are done with their meal. Overall, a bad decision to book this. Suggesting no single traveller or rather anyone to book this bus. Also, an addition late by 2.5 hours.

Too much delay while reaching destination. Bus had stopped unnecessarily for a long time on the way.
