The staff member (the long-haired guy) asked me to place my bag in the luggage compartment during boarding, but when it was time to get off, I was told to remove it myself. This is the first time I have experienced this on any bus service. The inconsistency in service was disappointing and inconvenient. Unless the service improves, I will not be booking this bus again.
