The bus left before time. The departure time was 6.15 pm; however, they left early and I had to chase them around 5 kms to board the bus. Otherwise, the rest are fine.

I booked a single seat, but when I got on the bus, I found it was a double seat instead. My seat number was twenty-five. I request you to not run such scams. Also, this ride was a terrible experience for me, and the staff misbehaved with me.
