This was the worst ever bus I have ever booked. They are very irresponsible, none of the 3 mobile numbers have worked and we too didn't get any call from the drivers. The bus was 40 mins late and didn't even stop at the boarding point. They didn't even know the details of passengers who have booked, the seats and bus maintenance is worst, the driving was rash and overspeed. The rest stop is dirty, the washroom was worst without proper hygiene and water. The red bus has to remove this travel from the app if they don't want to lose their rating. I would have given a negative rating if possible! My sincere advice is not at all to prefer this bus at any cost.

This bus started from Vijayawada, not from Tenali, Guntur. Every time do like this, passengers face too much struggles and contact numbers are not working. Worst bus service.

It's one of the most pathetic experiences I have ever had. The bus has not come. The driver's mobile number is switched off. After waiting for one full hour, we had to find alternative transportation. This is really a pathetic situation. My waiting will be minus stars. I have lost my money because of your mismanagement. Thank you.

vijayawada reach time 4.30 but it's dropped 5.40 also picup time 6.30 it's coming 7 I am waiting more than 2 hours

Poor quality bus, all the panels inside bus broken, bus broke down. No stepping dropping timings are different from mentioned in the ticket fare.
