We had travelled with your service previously, but this journey was by far the worst experience we've had. The seats were broken, and the AC was not functioning properly, making the journey extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the bus staff stopped at around 9 PM to have their own meal, while passengers who had been travelling since 1 PM were told to wait until 2 AM for a proper stop. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of concern for your customers. Additionally, despite assuring us that the bus would stop around 2 AM, it did not stop anywhere. The driver was also driving very rashly throughout the journey, putting passengers' safety at risk. This level of service is highly disappointing. We expected much better from your company. If this is the standard of service being provided, why would anyone choose to travel with your buses again?

Bus timing was not clearly mentioned, as we missed the bus and didn't get the refund yet.

Bus left the stop before time and didn't pick me up. The bus conductor said bus will arrive 9pm on LPU but they left at 8:50pm. Worst.
