It's a nightmare to me. Bus tyre blasted and they don't have stepney. Also, they are searching for a puncture shop at 12 am. After that, the bus is not in good condition. Very worst service in my entire journey.

Rating 1 star is also not applicable. I booked from Chinapavani to Hyderabad. They didn't send any pickup van/bus from Chinapavani to Kandukur; they said just get into another travels up to Kandukur.

Worst experience. I have booked for one bus but they onboarded in another bus. They stopped the bus up to 45 min in Addanki for their relatives to onboard. When we entered Hyderabad City, they again changed me to another bus. All these changes caused me a 90 min delay.
