Seats are very narrow, condition of bus seats and windows are in worst condition. It was not travelling... it was suffering. People are paying xxx rs and I gave xxx , that was very annoying. Some people give xxx rs and travel to Jaipur. Except giving me discount, charged me xxx . Worst experience on and this bus. Trusting was becoming hard now. Be loyal to your customer. At least give refund in these worst cases where whole night becomes nightmare for traveller. Bus condition was also worst. It sounds a lot like a broken bus.
