L K Travels Bus Booking

Very poor service, safety concerns. Think twice before booking with this travel company, especially if you were travelling with women or family. The bus stopped at random places, allowing local passengers and street vendors to board and open sleeper cabin doors without permission. This created serious concerns about passenger safety, privacy, and theft. When I raised this concern with the operator, his response was extremely disappointing. He said, am I doing it myself, you can tell them. This clearly showed a lack of concern and responsibility towards passenger safety. I would not recommend this travel service, especially for women travelling alone. Passenger safety was the responsibility of the travel operator, and such concerns should never be ignored. Think about your safety before booking.

I travelled from Ahmedabad to Bhilwara, and my overall experience was disappointing. The non-AC bus was not properly maintained or clean, with dust on the berths. The cabin door stayed open whole night making noise throughout, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The restroom facility was also not satisfactory. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort were below expectations. I hoped the operator took these issues seriously and improved the quality of service for future passengers.

Very very bad trip. This bus time not taken, not comfortable. Single road drive, mostly time not shown correct. This bus I am not happy for this journey. Very bad journey.

Good.

Best bus service from Ahmedabad to Bhilwara on time. Good staff clean bus and have good fleet of buses on this route.

The bus is 2 hours late. I will complain to your customers that your schedule of time is not proper and appropriate. Very bad time management.

Ok.

Excellent experience.

Good service nice bus.

We got late by 6 minutes. The bus time was 9:25 and because of some unavoidable reason we got late by 6 minutes. In between, we received a call that said please come after the bus as we are leaving. We talked with them rudely. The same happened when we were travelling from Ahmedabad to Bhilwara on the 3rd of this month; that time the bus got late by 30 minutes. We waited for half an hour and did not create any issue, understanding that it might be traffic or some other issue. When we got late by 6 minutes, we expected the same from the bus. We are saying that waiting for so long like 30 minutes is too long; we wait for the bus but 5 to 10 minutes is a comfortable and okay time.
