AC is very poor and there is no punctuality, and even didn't provide water bottle to passengers. Worst experience.

The worst travel experience of my life. This was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience I have ever had. We were picked up from Srikakulam in a bus operated by another service provider and dropped off in Visakhapatnam, with the excuse that the bus we had booked had developed a problem. After dropping us there, they left us waiting in the rain until 12:30 AM. My wife and I went through a terrible experience. There were no proper washroom facilities, and the service provider failed to respond appropriately or provide any proper assistance. The person who picked us up in Srikakulam switched off his phone, while the person who was supposed to pick us up in Visakhapatnam did not answer our calls. I contacted customer support twice, but both times I was repeatedly told that the bus would arrive in 15 minutes. However, no proper resolution was provided, leaving us stranded and helpless in the middle of the night. This level of service is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of responsibility and concern for passengers’ safety and comfort. I strongly advise others not to book with this service provider. I will never choose this service again and deeply regret booking with them.

Mentioned Yernagudem but not stopped and if you are providing bypass service then mention it on service provider there and bus came at 1:00 am instead of 11:00.

The bus didn't come on time.

Driver behavior and cleaner behavior was worst and at the pick up point they don't even wait for few minutes and they are arguing with passengers and in middle they shifted the few passengers to other bus without any information.

They didn't drop at drop point as they mentioned Kotipalli bus stand Rajamundry.

Bus is stopping everywhere, didn't drop me at my designated stop.

I am very disappointed with the bus services. During my journey, the bus was changed midway near Jangareddigudem, and we were asked to carry and transfer our own luggage. The replacement bus was overcrowded, and no proper seat allotment was provided, causing a lot of inconvenience and discomfort to passengers. Unfortunately, I have faced the same issue on two of my recent journeys. This is unacceptable and reflects poor service management. I request management to take this feedback seriously, avoid unnecessary bus changes, ensure proper seat allotment, and provide assistance with luggage during transfers. Please improve your services and ensure a comfortable, well-organised, and hassle-free travel experience for passengers.

My journey with Travels is very good. Bus was very neat and clean. I reached my destination before the given time. Staff behavior also very good. They are very supportive. Thank you.
