I was waiting for this bus in Madiwala from 10:30pm where the bus should be arriving at 10:50, I had already started to call them before 10:30, nobody picked up, and after waiting for more than 1 hour, I raised a ticket, but no resolution. After that, I again waited until 12:30, and one guy picked up and said that they already left. What type of service is this, not booking anymore.

The bus seating is good, and the sleeping arrangement is comfortable. However, the windows keep shutting, which is quite distracting and makes it difficult to sleep.

No mobile phone charging point and lack of cleanliness. The crew members seem unprofessional. We have still not reached our destination. I am writing this from the bus. And not worth the money.

Worst travel I ever had in my life. My seat was completely wet because of rain. I travelled the entire way lying down on a wet bed. There was not even a bed sheet.
