About the people in the bus who are more than required and their disturbance during night time by talking and using phone which is not dealt with by the helper who has the minimum responsibility to tell them to stop. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

No care about customer, bad smell, unhygienic seats, fully dirty and lots of mosquitoes. No proper timing, running as per requirement and showing wrong timing to attract customers and leaving at 12 pm instead of 8 am. Bus has to be stopped immediately for safety.

Worst staff behaviour. AC was not working. Some bad smell was coming inside the bus. Never recommend anyone to travel in this. Take local passenger.

The bus has a foul smell and they board numerous passengers more than the capacity, which made passengers sleep on the floor. There is no space to move in case of emergency or when needing to go to the washroom.

I booked my ticket from Jagdalpur to Warangal, but the driver left me at Karimnagar. My money and my time was wasted by them, so I am very unhappy. I don't know where I have to give complaint. Lost my additional money. I am unhappy.
