Terrible Journey with Kushal Travel.They are doing fraud with passengers while charging high fare via Red bus and sevices are zero. 1-Bus was totally unhygienic and old 2-Ac was not properly working and driver was switching off AC many times. 3-No Blankets and water bottles are available for passengers 4-curtains and seat cover clean and bad smelling 5-Not suitable for family 6-They halt at 3rd class hotels for refreshment, Toilets & Dinner . Not recommended strictly

Time punctuality and bus staff behaviour with the travellers, bus hygiene. Bus timing from Allahabad 4:00pm but bus left at 6:30pm from there. 8:00am timing of Raipur but bus reached at 12:30pm. This kind of service they are providing their customers. I recommend to everyone please don't plan to travel with this bus. Very bad experience we faced.

This was the worst journey I've ever been on. The AC vent was leaking water continuously. I was soaking wet in just 2 hours of the journey. The bus was like the oldest one they have. Then they started taking local passengers. There were like 5 - 6 passengers per seat and this whole crowd was constantly arguing and talking in loud volume all the time. Even no blanket, water bottle, or pillow was provided. I wouldn't recommend this journey.

At the outset, none of the charging points were working. Drinking water was not available in the bus. Four hours after the journey, the AC stopped working. Bad hygiene was maintained in the bus. Rest stop hygiene was very poor. Overall, it was a worse experience.
