The blanket smells bad. Whatever the outside smell is, it smells from the AC inside, which was very uncomfortable. The pillow was disgusting. I am requesting management to spend some money on blanket cleanup and new pillows.

Time management is not good and responding is also not good, customer care is also not responding correctly and he mentioned the bus will come whenever. Money should be returned to my account on the basis of 2 hours delay.

I booked the ticket Hyderabad to Chinnaganjam but bus people changed me total 3 buses and pick up one hour late and dropping like changing buses 2 hours late. Worst experience.
