Seats were too dirty and push back not working. AC not working properly. Got delayed at Bhubaneswar by 1 hour and when asked the staff behaved very rudely. Worst ride ever.

Today's travel is terrible as we had to wait at Bhubaneswar for more than 9 hours. At last, the bus left Bhubaneswar at 3.30 am instead of 6.30 pm, and we reached Ambikapur at 5 pm. Now the bus should be replaced with a new one. Hope to see the new bus if the owner thinks about giving more comfort to travel 700 km.
