They haven't provided proper pillow, bedsheet and blanket. I said to staff person to keep my luggage in the truck, he said he will do it at the rest stop, but lying in the walkway.

Live tracking is not perfect. It shows arriving in 30 mins but actually bus is at the pickup location already.

Worst staff behavior they didn't even provide the blanket even after asking for 5 times and they have filled the bus with unnecessary luggage on the passenger seats which lead to not even walk properly in the bus I recommend service provider to remove the bus operator from your list because of that travel agency staff behavior service provider image was getting damaged now I would seldomly book the tickets from red bus platform and also recommend my family and friends not to use.

This is not good. Actually, bus timings are 11.30. Staff called me and said we will be ready by 11.15. Only talking rudely. AC not working properly. Overall rating is zero.

Bus is 2:30 min late and pickup place is city outside on highway where there is no option to sit or stand as it was heavy rains. There is no proper information regarding bus time. Bus is not clean, AC was not cooling at all. Very very bad experience.

The curtains, blankets and bedsheet were not washed for a year maybe. So much dust. Very unhygienic.

Bus was delayed by nearly 8 hours. Pathetic behavior and no proper bus documents are maintained.
