1st of all they didn't maintain time nor they were coordinating properly. when I boarded bus, I had another surprise. Bus condition was pathetic and unhygiene. I would never prefer this kind of bus for the journey.

Worst experience very bad smell. I complained to customer service during travelling time, but no use. All are same, nothing use to call the customer service.

Fuel ran out near Bengaluru. Had to wait for one and a half hours for fuel. The bus arrived one hour late for pickup in the late night, at 1:20 am.
