Charging points are not placed correctly. It is near to the seat, so without charging I have travelled my entire journey. Instead of Pathapatnam, they dropped at Hiramandlam and asked to switch the bus, which was sudden and unexpected. The bus we switched to, I think was an AC bus, but they stopped the AC and there were no windows to open, which made me feel suffocated.
