This was the worst bus experience. The bus was very unhygienic, with used bedsheets and blankets that smelled bad. They also sold extra seats to other passengers and made frequent stops. The bus was poorly maintained and did not justify the ticket price at all.

Most important, the seats are exactly fitted so there is no gap and we kept mobile and specs at the end of the bed which are not going into gaps. In other travel, this is serious.

Changed our upper berth seat and gave lower berth. Paid XXXXX for upper berth and gave XXXXX worth lower berth seat.

Overall the bus was clean and the staff were good but the delay uncomfortable seating and non-working charging port need improvement. Ac working superbly
