The bus conductor had seated another passenger in my seat. When I asked him about it, both the bus conductor and the bus driver spoke to me in a very rude and uncivil manner and they did not give me back my seat.

Bus was captured by RTO at Barabanki and left all the passenger on a local bus for further travel.....no security, no AC, no hygiene nothing

I booked the ticket and the bus didn't even stop at the boarding point. I called on the numbers several times given but they didn't pick my call. I hired a bike taxi and chased the bus for 8 kms. Worst experience ever. Never in my life, I'm ever gonna travel with this agency.
