Worst customer handling, didn't inform the customer about the stop, worst cleaner, didn't inform the exact bus name to the passenger and let them come to another stop. Booked for AC but provided the normal bus. Don't prefer this bus.

They picked me up at 7.30 pm. After 20 minutes, they stopped for a minimum of 2 hours in Dindigul. Very bad experience and never forget this trip as worst.

The bus I had booked was cancelled and a random bus was brought in as replacement. No comfort, no friendly staff, worst punctuality, and no prior information about any of it. Just a baiting tactic by the operator, terrible services rendered, capitalizing on the festive rush.
