I waited for the bus from 10:30 to 13:00 at Dr Ambedkar Chowk Pandharpur (which pick timing was 11:00) for going to Pune, but the bus did not arrive and I did not receive any call from the operator for the pick up. Then I left and used the MSRTC bus and went to Pune, but my scheduled work was not done due to poor bus service. I do not recommend this service again. So bad experience.

Exchange bus without any information. Bus left without pickup. I reached the stop early. Given a back seat in another bus. Very uncomfortable travelling. Also comparatively paying extra than other travels.
